It's got to be rough killing your bffe. :'< Poor Dakota. (p.s. I'm bad at artist comments. Also, thanks everyone for all the love and comments and faves. You're making me and Bhan soooo thrilled!)

Welp, there goes Jimmy. :'< he lasted a panel longer than moe. (p.s. YES as cass said, all the positive feedback is amazing and we appreciate all of you guys taking time and stopping by to read. ;w; truly, you guys are awesome.)

Just wondering was this inspired by "The Crazies"? Or "The Happening"? By any chance?
but omg Dakota is as yummy as always

I'm a little confused at how he killed him. It *looks* like he dropped a refrigerator on him, but that's probably just me... > w >;

I'm loving this. Always a fan of apocalyptic diseases. And I'm really liking the artistic style.
I did pick up a spelling/grammatical error, however! Second panel, it says "...due its frequency". I'm fairly certain that should say "...due to its frequency".
Apart from that, though, this is great. Love it. Can't wait to see more. You're doing a great job.

@mewmewramazika - it is an outbreak apocalypse story, so the comparisons are understandable, as they typically have to follow a formula to set the scene. I wouldn't say they were inspirations though, and as it continues, you'll notice a lot of differences that set them apart. :> And LOL drawing Dakota is so much fun! Im glad youre enjoying~
@Skriptkitty - Sorry, my fault! He actually killed Jimmy with the door of the fridge. I failed the perspective on it though. OTL
@D - Aww, I'm glad you're digging it so far!! And we will be fixing the typo, thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Death by refrigerator. YES.
AnaxibiaClark on March 5th, 2012, 11:03 am
but the perspective on the fridge door actually looks pretty good on my end. I see what you guys were trying for and I feel you achieved it well. That's just my opinion. I love what you guys have done and I can't wait for more.

@AnaxibiaClark - Cass worked really well with what I gave her, and that fridge making any sense perspective-wise is entirely her doing! She's amazing. (I need to draw things better for her OTL) thanks for enjoying it so far!! <3
@Shark - LOL yeah it's a fairly horrible way to kill your best friend, I think. Badass, but terrible.
@Morfine - aww, you are too sweet. ;^; thank youuu, I love hearing that its intriguing to far!
@koenma - oh, well I'm glad it's surprising you! :>

I love that the premise isn't just typical apocalypse nonsense - it's refreshing when everybody seems preoccupied with zombies.

woah! having to kill ur best friend? that's cazy! jeez, to think it effected jimmy so quickly...some people are obviously immune...dakota and the woman are a couple of them?

How did Dakota kill Jimmy? It just looks like he continuously smashed Jimmy's face in with the fridge door.
